Welcome to our Pet Portal
We are always looking for new ways to provide added convenience for you, and our new Pet Portal is your online hub where you will find useful information relating to your pet’s health, plus the ability to make and amend appointments.
Of course, if you would still prefer to speak to one of our team, we are available whenever you need us. Likewise if your pet needs urgent care, we would always recommend you call us on 01753 858877.
Once logged in to Pet Portal you will be able to:
- View and edit your contact details and pet’s details
- Register a new pet
- View appointment history (only appointments booked online will appear)
- Book appointments up to 30 days in advance
- Edit appointments booked via the portal
- You can even add a photo of each pet!
How does it work?
- Click the ‘Access Pet Portal‘ button
- Select ‘Sign Up’ – if you are already a client we only need your email and telephone number to set up your account
- If you have used the Pet Portal previously, you can just log in again
